1、负责大语言模型（LLM）从引入、评估、精调（Fine-tuning）、部署到监控的完整生命周期管理；构建与维护模型仓库体系，支持模型版本管理、模型资产管理与模型溯源； 2、搭建高性能推理服务，包括服务部署、加速优化、模型量化、分布式推理等； 3、在多区域场景下实现模型及相关元数据的协同同步，确保平台稳定性和一致性； 4、构建并完善平台的多租户能力，包括资源隔离、权限管控、配额管理等； 5、与算法、数据、产品团队合作，支持模型能力在实际业务中的落地。

1、本科及以上学历，计算机相关专业；具备扎实的计算机基础，对基本数据结构、网络协议有深入理解； 2、熟练掌握Golang/Java/C++/Python中任意一门语言，代码风格良好，具备优秀的系统设计和抽象能力； 3、熟悉分布式系统原理，有微服务架构、高并发系统或中间件开发经验；对缓存、消息队列、负载均衡等常用技术组件有实际落地经验。
