1、内容策略：围绕电商业务目标、用户内容消费、购买决策链路，洞察不同内容类型在用户体验、内容消费、种草、转化等环节中的问题和机会点；持续完善内容识别、分层、标签化等基础机制，推动内容生产、识别与分发链路衔接，提升电商内容的数量、质量、效率； 2、新内容供给方向拓展：结合行业趋势、平台生态、用户需求变化，持续挖掘适合电商业务发展的新内容方向、新场景和新玩法，包括但不限于短视频、直播、图文测评、场景化导购等；负责相关方向的策略设计、试点推动及落地验证，沉淀可复制的内容供给拓展方法，取得新供给增长结果； 3、提升内容生态质量：以优质内容标准及优质内容供给提升为目标，牵头或核心参与优质内容标准的全流程建设，基于电商业务场景与用户需求，制定清晰、可量化的内容质量评估标准；负责识别内容从生产到分发的全链路关键节点，打通内容识别、筛选、标签化等环节的流程壁垒；联动推荐算法团队，推动优质内容标准与推荐机制的深度衔接，通过推荐放大优质内容供给效能，提升优质内容的曝光与转化； 4、跨团队协同与专项推进：协同产品、运营、算法、行业等多团队对齐目标、推进节奏和落地路径，推动内容策略及重点专项在业务中的有效落地；协调解决推进过程中的关键问题，持续沉淀可复制的策略方法和协作机制。

1、本科及以上学历，3-5年电商内容策略、内容运营或相关领域工作经验； 2、对电商内容生态有深入理解，熟悉短视频、直播、图文等多种电商内容形态的特点及运营逻辑，能精准捕捉用户内容需求与趋势； 3、拥有优秀的跨团队沟通协同能力，具备强烈的目标感与责任心，能主动推动专项工作落地，应对复杂的业务场景； 4、具备创新意识，对新事物接受度高，乐于探索未知的内容供给方向，有成功孵化新内容项目经验者优先； 5、具备较强的逻辑分析与方案落地能力，能基于业务目标制定可执行的专项计划，且具备良好的数据分析能力，能通过数据驱动策略优化。
