1、以数据分析为核心，负责合规管控业务全流程运营分析，深挖流程低效卡点与业务痛点，提出有效的效率优化建议； 2、联动产品、研发及运营团队，推进优化方案落地执行，跟进效果、闭环提效指标，量化成果； 3、具备较强数据与逻辑分析能力，擅长数据拆解、问题定位与方案推导，可独立完成全流程分析工作； 4、能快速学习和理解支付合规的用户和服务链路，并结合业务特性进行针对性分析和指导。

1、2027届本科及以上学历在读； 2、有合规运营、国际支付、国际化实习经验优先； 3、较强的理解和沟通能力，善于观察、分析和归纳总结，思维逻辑性强； 4、有一定数据能力（如SQL）； 5、英文可作为工作语言。
