1、负责研发效能提升方向，专注于研发全生命周期提效工作，包括需求工程、代码理解、自动化测试、发布、监控等场景，结合LLM技术迭代相关策略与工程能力； 2、熟悉软件工程领域，了解大模型领域并持续跟进最新研究成果，用以持续提升LLM的应用落地效果，研究方向包括但不限于代码风险图谱、单测生成、代码分析、复杂程序行为理解以及大模型微调、RAG等； 3、调研新技术，参与各类技术难题的攻关，沉淀技术能力和行业经验，带领团队成员攻坚技术难点，与平台一起成长和发展。

1、2027届获得本科及以上学历，计算机相关专业； 2、对AI技术与Agent系统有浓厚兴趣，具备主动学习与动手实践能力，有独立搭建过LLM Agent或Demo者优先； 3、熟悉大语言模型的原理及生态（如RAG、Self-Evolve、RLHF、Memory System、多智能体协作等），具备Agent策略优化或评测经验者优先； 4、持续追踪最新的技术进展（Claude code、Deepresearch等），能快速理解和复现相关技术博客或者期刊的技术方案者优先； 5、有激情，勇于面对挑战，积极解决问题，具有良好的团队合作意识、理解沟通能力及独立解决问题的能力。

加分项： 1、具备优秀算法背景，深入了解LLM预训练与微调，对RLHF有经验者优先； 2、具备软件工程背景，有软件程序分析、漏洞挖掘等领域实践经验优先； 3、有国际顶级会议（ACL/EMNLP/IJCAI/AAAI/SIGIR/ICSE/ASE等）期刊论文发表者优先。
