1、深度参与业务不同阶段的核心项目，通过定性与定量的分析、典型案例抽检验证，识别业务机会及风险问题，并横向联动电商各团队，推动部门间重点项目的沟通协作，保障关键动作落地； 2、通过行业研究和内外部调研，结合战略和数据视角，思考问题本质，提出内部业务优化的方案和建议； 3、主动发现内部各业务域的潜在问题和风险点，输出短中长期可落地的解决方案、推进各方落地。

1、具备3年以上战略咨询/商业分析/投资研究等相关经验，具备良好的分析技能（如问题拆解，数据分析，逻辑思考，SQL分析工具等)，能具备战略高度、也能深入业务细节； 2、有较强责任心、自驱力，能够独立完成复杂问题的分析并提出解决方案； 3、有较强的执行力、项目管理、跨团队协调能力，能独立推动项目落地并达成预期结果； 4、有电商相关经验的加分。
