1、统筹年度规划及各周期收入、成本和费用预算编制，跟踪执行并开展差异分析与风险预警，持续完善预算预测模型； 2、搭建流量视角经营分析体系，拆解核心指标、建设看板，评估业务变化对财务结果的影响并输出经营建议； 3、建设并持续监测业务各阶段核心指标，跟踪预算执行、分析异常波动，及时识别并预警业务与财务风险，同时识别关键业务与财务趋势，建立长短期预测，为管理层提供有关增长机会、潜在风险及资源配置的决策建议； 4、协调跨团队推动重点财务项目落地，持续优化财务规划与分析流程，提升效率、准确性和交付质量。

1、5年及以上财务分析相关工作经验，具备企业数据分析、商业分析或经营分析中的一项或多项经验；有平台业务或商业化业务经验者优先； 2、具备扎实的数据分析能力和完整的业务分析方法，逻辑清晰、数据敏感，能够基于客观数据形成量化判断； 3、具备较强的业务理解与财务洞察能力，能够从复杂信息中识别关键趋势，并将分析结论转化为增长、风险及资源配置建议； 4、具备优秀的沟通协作和项目统筹能力，积极主动，能够推动跨团队项目高质量落地； 5、学习能力强，善于清晰表达，能够快速理解新业务并与不同背景的合作方高效沟通。
