团队介绍：抖音内容质量与数据服务平台（简称CQC）归属于抖音集团，负责今日头条、抖音等产品内容和抖音集团商业内容的安全质量与体验。平台下设内容质量中心、商业生态与安全、生态治理与增长支持等业务，在全国20余个城市均有分布。 自成立以来，CQC持续守护抖音集团旗下包括抖音、今日头条、番茄小说、飞书、红果短剧等产品在内的安全、质量与体验，优化产品内创作与交流环境，且在各产品运营增长方面开展支持工作。

日常实习：面向全体在校生，为符合岗位要求的同学提供为期3个月及以上的项目实践机会。

1、AI产品运营推广：联动TRAE、AI工具运营等AI产品团队，针对AI编程、Skill&CLI等前沿技术开展产品推广、用户增长、优秀案例和人才选拔动作，设计培训与活动运营方案，促进AI产品在内部落地提效； 2、大模型课程开发授课：基于组织模型建设目标，开发模型运营、Agent搭建、新技术推广等模型专业课程，覆盖岗前、上岗、岗中等阶段，输出培训课程、技能考核及成长路径等，支持组织模型能力建设、人才培养需求； 3、业务定制方案设计落地：结合业务差异化需求，设计针对性培训方案，调用讲师、课程资源，开展经验萃取、案例大赛、技能考核等，分析培训效果并优化培养内容； 4、大模型知识资产沉淀：建设维护大模型人才库、讲师库、案例库，搭建模型数据管理看板，满足各个场景调用需求，开展讲师管理、案例推广、人才打标等运营动作。

1、本科及以上学历在读，教育技术学、计算机、人工智能等相关专业优先； 2、了解大模型训练（RAG、Workflow、Agent应用）、模型工具（如Autope、MultiAgents）及行业动态，热爱培训，过往实习期间有过内部分享、培训经历优先； 3、大模型专业技能：有过Agent设计运营、提示词生产调优、安全模型项目运营实习经历（满足以上任一条件即可，都满足者优先）； 4、通用素质：良好的沟通协调能力，协同各方推进培训落地，学习能力突出，对新技术（大模型、AI产品）有敏锐度，能快速掌握业务痛点并转化为培训需求。
