1、负责抖音电商的品牌设计管理，理解公司的战略定位，探索定义品牌的视觉语言，构建完整的品牌设计理念、设计策略和设计标准，确保品牌形象的一致性，信息传达的有效性和品牌健康度； 2、具有优秀的品牌视角，能够全链路的发现品牌的问题，提出有效的设计解决方案，在多样性、复杂化的商业场景中，输出有效的品牌设计方案，兼具创意能力，能够完整构建全方位的品牌创意方案； 3、具有战略性和前沿性的行业视角，能够独自负责完成品牌项目的沟通、策划、设计、落地，有效的管控品牌设计资产，维护品牌的使用应用场景，包括但不限于（品牌LOGO、品牌IP、衍生品、品牌手册）等； 4、掌握品牌设计的方法、理念，能够有效的从设计的推导到实现落地的结果达成，对品牌趋势的发展有一定自己的见解，具备行业敏锐度和洞察力，能够创新的提出品牌创意的新思路、新方法、新标准。

1、美术、平面设计、艺术设计等相关专业，有丰富互联网品牌创意视觉（产品方向或创意营销方向）设计经验，在品牌创意设计领域有较成熟的项目案例； 2、精通或熟练使用Sketch、Photoshop、Illustrator、C4D、AE等设计工具，兼具全面的插画、手绘、三维、动效等综合能力者优先； 3、拥有良好的创意和表现能力，对流行趋势、行业变化有敏锐感知力； 4、结果导向、快速执行、自我管理、自我驱动，善于学习新的知识、新技术，不自我设限； 5、4A广告公司、国际创意机构、数字化机构； 6、简历需提供以往作品。
