1、商品信息策略设计：能够通过用户体验调研、数据分析或行业需求，结合抖音搜索、豆包的本地生活服务商品供给特征，从商品信息（商品主图、标题、评分）角度出发，协同产品团队完善其信息供给与搜索引擎流量分发方案，从而最终提升销售表现； 2、任务触达协同：协同行业落地具体提升策略或协同相关B端角色通过系统方式向商家下发线索或任务，并协同管理手段或商家激励权益加速线索引入；对接行业对搜索的需求，以业务、搜索双向增长为目标，匹配并推动搜索承接； 3、行业专项管理：与所BP的行业紧密合作，从目标结果导向拆解清楚供给侧关键目标，以及协同方的过程指标，通过目标体系牵引和推动项目落地拿结果。

1、本科及以上学历； 2、3年以上产品运营工作经验，熟悉商品信息领域及本地生活供给，有搜索产品运营经验优先； 3、具备良好的数据分析能力，熟练掌握SQL、Excel等数据分析工具，有AI提效经验优先； 4、对市场趋势有敏锐的洞察力，能够快速适应市场变化； 5、具备良好的沟通和协调能力。
