1、本科及以上学历，1年以上产品经理工作经验，有大语言模型、AI对话等产品经历优先； 2、了解LLM的技术原理和进展，熟悉全球大模型产品，能够阅读和理解相关文档及论文； 3、优秀的文字功底和数据判断力，对不同专业和兴趣领域的数据质量有判断力； 4、熟练运用Prompt Engineering、Workflow、Agent等模型能力，可以将大模型融入工作流； 5、具有愿景和目标驱动，具备强交付意识和沟通协作能力。
