团队介绍：火山引擎是字节跳动旗下云和AI服务平台，将字节跳动快速发展过程中积累的增长方法、技术能力和应用工具开放给外部企业，通过云和AI技术，推进企业智能化转型，激发增长潜能。

1、统筹汽车、机器人等行业客户的AI与云产品推广工作，对所负责客户的年度消费与经营目标负责； 2、与销售/BD紧密协同，覆盖从线索挖掘、需求诊断、方案交流、POC验证、商务投标到签约的全流程，建立并维护客户关系，深入理解客户业务与决策链条，持续挖掘扩容与交叉销售机会； 3、针对所负责行业的典型场景，设计基于火山引擎全栈产品的解决方案，以顾问式角色深入对接客户业务部门，能够运用Agent/大模型快速搭建客户业务流程原型（如智能问答、流程自动化、知识检索、代码/文档助手等）； 4、统筹项目落地对接与协调工作： 1）能够独立完成AI产品的调通与POC搭建，包括Python脚本开发、API联调、知识库配置、Agent工作流编排； 2）对接客户IT团队，完成基础设施层面对接（VPC/网络打通、GPU资源申请、数据接入、权限与安全合规）； 3）协调内部产品、研发与交付资源，推动项目从POC验证走向生产环境落地。

1、本科及以上学历，计算机、自动化、电子、汽车工程等相关专业，具备5年以上解决方案架构师工作经验； 2、具有云厂商、AI公司、SaaS厂商或系统集成商的售前解决方案、技术支持、客户成功经验，具备完整的商机跟进与项目全流程操盘经验； 3、在汽车、机器人、半导体三个方向中至少一个领域具有实战经验，能够清晰阐述该行业的典型业务流程与IT架构； 4、动手能力： 1）深入理解云基础设施（IaaS/PaaS、网络、存储、容器、GPU训练/推理），能够与客户IT团队进行对等交流； 2）具备独立动手能力，能够熟练完成Python/API/WebHook/数据库联调，至少熟练使用一个Agent或大模型应用开发平台（HiAgent、扣子、Dify、LangChain等）； 5、具备经营思维与结果导向意识，勇于承担业绩考核指标，具有负责人心态； 6、具备跨层级、跨角色沟通能力，能够与客户业务高管探讨战略方向、与客户IT团队交流技术架构、与内部产品研发团队对齐产品需求。
