1、资源运营：围绕内推、猎头、招聘平台等核心渠道，开展公司级招聘资源与渠道运营，支持渠道策略制定、运营机制优化、政策落地和效果复盘，通过调研和数据分析识别渠道使用问题，提升招聘资源与业务需求的匹配效率； 2、信息效率：围绕AI token使用效率、内部信息负载治理、有效信息查询、文档权限管理等课题，开展业务调研、数据分析和方案设计，探索AI工具在信息检索、知识整理、内容结构化等场景中的应用，提升组织信息流转和知识获取效率； 3、流程管理：围绕新人招聘质量和招聘流程优化，开展招聘全链路问题诊断，覆盖人才开源、识别、转化与入职发展等环节，支持指标体系搭建、流程卡点分析和产品化需求拆解，提升招聘流程效率和人才引入质量。

1、2027届获得本科及以上学历，专业不限； 2、具备出色的结构化思维和逻辑分析能力，具备扎实的客观分析能力，能够从复杂流程中识别问题、拆解原因并提炼优化方案；具备较强的沟通表达、跨团队协作和项目推动能力，工作务实重落地，能够协调多方资源推动结果发生；工作务实落地，自驱力强，具备较好的项目推进、跨团队沟通和资源协调能力；充满好奇心与求知欲，具备较强的钻研探索精神，勇于挑战复杂问题； 3、有产品、策略运营、渠道运营、产品运营、用户运营、项目运营或数据分析相关实习/项目经验者优先； 4、英语可作为工作语言者优先。
