1、负责本地推广告平台线索方向的产品建设，面向生活服务商家，提升商家在获客推广、线索获取、效果管理等场景下的使用效率和投放体验； 2、围绕商家的获客增长诉求，深入理解不同行业、不同类型商家的线索获客需求，参与线索广告相关的平台能力规划、需求分析、方案设计和项目推进，结合业务场景和平台能力设计更易用、更高效、更智能的产品方案，持续优化产品链路、工具能力、数据反馈和平台体验； 3、协同算法、研发、运营、销售、行业等团队，推动产品从需求定义、方案评审、研发落地到上线复盘的完整闭环； 4、关注线索方向的产品表现和商家反馈，建立问题发现、效果评估和持续迭代机制，推动平台能力长期优化； 5、参与智能化、自动化方向的产品探索，提升广告平台在配置效率、投放决策、效果诊断等方面的产品能力。

1、有广告平台、商业化产品、本地生活、商家平台、企业服务、增长工具或线索获客相关产品经验优先； 2、具备较好的平台产品能力，能够将复杂业务问题抽象为清晰的产品结构、流程和系统能力； 3、有较强的数据分析和业务理解能力，能够通过数据、用户反馈和业务判断发现问题，并推动产品迭代； 4、具备良好的跨团队协作能力，能在多角色、多目标、多约束条件下推动项目落地； 5、逻辑清晰，表达能力强，能够独立完成需求分析、产品方案、项目推进和上线复盘； 6、对商家经营、广告投放、线索获客、智能化产品方向有兴趣，愿意深入业务一线理解真实问题。
