1、参与云原生产品的策划，根据市场及用户反馈，制定产品线路、落实项目方案； 2、负责云原生产品（观测、容器、微服务、日志等）的生命周期管理，包括需求搜集、版本规划、设计研发、客户落地、持续运营、迭代改进产品等，达成业务目标； 3、同开发团队、销售团队、运营团队紧密合作，协调不同岗位人员的工作，推动产品发展； 4、参与产品的售卖和运营，需要为产品经营结果负责； 5、跟进产品关键数据指标、用户反馈，制定产品的迭代计划。

1、具备IaaS/PaaS产品经验； 2、有复杂业务场景的梳理能力和需求归纳能力，能快速进行需求转化； 3、具有敏捷的思维、语言表达与沟通协作、逻辑分析能力、良好的写作能力、团队协作能力； 4、保持热情，在日常工作中始终保持积极主动的态度。

加分项 1、熟悉虚拟化、网络、存储、DevOps、监控、日志、微服务等云计算相关技术； 2、有Docker使用经验，熟悉Kubernetes技术栈。
