1、运用数据工程、算法模型与系统化思维，深入交易、营销与资金的核心场景，系统化洞察风险、精准化打击舞弊行为，将模糊的威胁感知转化为可靠的数据洞察； 2、运用大模型（LLM）及多模态AI能力，构建非结构化风险数据分析体系——覆盖用户评价、举报信息、商户客服对话、拜访照片/视频等场景，将传统“人工抽检”升级为“机器全检”，系统性拓展内控风险发现的深度与广度； 3、基于大模型与算法策略技术，设计并落地风险挖掘、调查分析的智能化工作流（如策略代码自动生成、多维风险交叉研判、案情自动串联与总结），大幅提升内控策略工作的产能杠杆； 4、参与业务重大项目，在事前、事中提供有针对性的风险研判和应对建议，保障业务安全、合规和平稳开展； 5、通过设备、网络、工商主体等信息构建关联图谱网络，结合异常检测、行为建模、团伙分析等技术手段，实现黑产/薅羊毛团伙的批量检测与挖掘； 6、平衡风险和效率，设计、验证、实施并持续优化风险指标监控体系，推动业务持续提升风险管理能力。

1、本科及以上学历，计算机、数据科学、统计学等相关专业优先； 2、具备风控、内控的数据挖掘算法等相关工作经验；具备扎实的数据分析能力，能独立完成从数据探查、指标设计到业务风险揭示的全过程； 3、熟练掌握SQL/Hive/Spark，有复杂数据处理、性能调优或数据模型重构经验；熟悉Python，具备脚本化数据分析与模型验证能力； 4、对业务和数据高度敏感，能从海量数据中发现风险模式，提出解决方案并验证效果；具备从风险发现、调查分析到推动治理落地的完整项目闭环经验； 5、具有良好的职业道德，细致认真、自我驱动；具备良好的逻辑、沟通表达和跨团队协调能力。

加分项 1、有LLM应用开发经验（Prompt Engineering、RAG、Agent/Workflow框架），能独立完成从需求拆解到效果验证的全流程； 2、有非结构化数据（文本/图像/视频）风险分析的实际落地经验者强优先——例如：利用大模型/多模态模型识别图片、文本等数据； 3、有利用大模型搭建风控策略开发、运营工作流（如自动代码生成、风险线索串联研判、案情自动总结等）并有落地场景者优先。
