1、负责商城首页的流量引导与效率提升，通过对公域、跨场景等流量の动机识别与需求拆解，设计高效的首页承接策略，确保流量精准分发与价值转化； 2、深入理解用户在不同场景下的浏览、购买与决策路径，持续优化首页信息框架与内容呈现，提升体验与用户满意度，强化用户对商城的认知与认知； 3、独立承担首页框架、各模块（如导购频道、导航体系等）的产品规划与设计，通过数据洞察与用户反馈，识别核心问题并推动迭代优化； 4、洞察行业趋势与产品动态，结合平台特色，在首页框架与交互形式上持续创新，输出具有前瞻性的首页规划与设计方案。

1、3年及以上C端产品经理工作经验，具备优秀的产品设计与用户洞察能力，有电商平台首页或核心频道经验者优先； 2、熟悉用户行为分析，能够基于用户动机与场景设计差异化的承接方案，对流量分发、模块框架设计有系统方法论和实战经验； 3、具备较强的逻辑思维与数据洞察能力，能够通过数据定位首页效率瓶颈，并驱动产品决策与优化，思维严谨，结果导向； 4、具备优秀的跨部门沟通协调与资源整合能力，能够协同运营、设计、技术等多团队推进复杂项目落地，具备强烈的责任心与团队协作精神； 5、对用户体验敏感，具备创新意识，自驱力强，能够主动挖掘机会并推动首页体验与效率的持续突破。
