团队介绍：产品研发和工程架构-Seed 团队深耕大模型技术在场景中的创新应用，负责多款AI产品的工程研发 —— 包括豆包、飞书、豆包工作、豆包爱学、Gauth、猫箱等创新产品，覆盖消费级与企业级多个场景。我们致力于将大模型能力从 "生成内容" 推进到 "完成工作"，让 AI 服务用户日常与企业协作。你将面对多模态交互、工具调用可靠性、企业级数据安全等真实工程挑战，与团队一起推动 AI 生产力落地。

1、负责字节跳动AI产品的全栈开发工作（Rust、iOS、Android、Harmony），解决多App、多业务跨平台开发效率、性能、稳定性等问题； 2、负责高质量的设计和编码，承担重点、难点的技术攻坚，参与项目架构设计与实现，提升研发效率； 3、参与App性能、体验优化以及质量评估建设； 4、和产品经理配合，深度参与手机产品需求讨论，功能定义等。

1、2027届获得本科及以上学历，计算机、软件工程等相关专业优先； 2、热爱计算机科学和互联网技术，对移动办公产品有浓厚兴趣，对AI产品重度使用，对AI和跨平台有浓厚兴趣，有AI实践经验优先，有跨平台开发经验优先； 3、扎实的数据结构和算法基础，熟练掌握一门语言，包括但不限于：Rust、C、C++、Kotlin、Java、Swift、Objective-C； 4、良好的学习能力，对于新的知识栈有充分的热情，能够快速学习； 5、关注用户体验，能积极把技术转换到用户体验改进上； 6、为人踏实，执行力好，积极乐观，认真负责，乐于协作。
