1、贯彻Agent原生设计理念，主导API全生命周期管理：基于火山引擎OpenAPI体系，构建面向大模型Agent调用的Skill能力库、MCP等下一代AI工具产品体系，为上层千行百业的Agent应用提供底层支撑； 2、深入客户DevOps、CI/CD全流程，主导AI驱动的基础设施即代码（AI IaC）产品规划与落地：通过大模型能力重构传统自动化编排工具，实现需求自然语言转部署脚本、智能异常排障、资源弹性调度等核心能力，帮助客户从「规则驱动的自动化」到「大模型驱动的智能自动化」的代际升级； 3、深度参与大客户「上AI云、用AI云、管AI云」全流程，基于AI技术重构传统云资源管控框架：将大模型智能化能力嵌入资源开通、权限治理、成本优化、安全审计等链路，打造面向AI场景的下一代LandingZone解决方案，降低大客户使用AI云服务的门槛，提升用云效率； 4、持续跟踪大模型、AI原生应用、云服务市场的前沿趋势与客户需求，主导输出官网基础平台AI能力的长期演进路线图，确保产品的AI核心竞争力持续保持行业领先。

1、本科及以上学历，计算机、软件工程、人工智能等相关专业优先，3年及以上To B产品、云产品或AI产品相关经验； 2、有AI产品从0到1搭建经验，或大模型、Agent、AI工具链相关产品经验； 3、有云平台基础产品建设经验，主导过账号体系、网关、云审计、资源组、标签、权限管控等模块的规划迭代； 4、有服务过客户的云转型/智能化转型项目经验； 5、对大模型和应用等前沿领域有好奇心，具备在AI新场景快速摸索产品落地方案，并能平衡技术可行性、客户价值与业务目标； 6、自驱力强，能够主动跟进AI技术与行业前沿，具备强的跨团队推动能力，有责任心、同理心和团队合作意识。
