日常实习：面向全体在校生，为符合岗位要求的同学提供为期3个月及以上的项目实践机会。 团队介绍：字节跳动国际化短视频的数据科学团队负责运用专业的统计学知识和技能、出色的商业思维为数亿用户提供更优质的使用体验，期待有志同道合的新伙伴加入！

1、参与TikTok主站社交、创作、社区互动等业务的数据科学与数据分析工作，深入理解业务逻辑与用户需求，解决产品与策略优化中各种具有挑战性的问题，优化用户体验； 2、设计合理的指标体系衡量业务的健康增长，通过监控、拆解、预测指标，识别异常并做归因； 3、通过构建无偏指标、实验设计、因果推断模型衡量策略的影响并给出可落地的迭代建议，和产品、算法、工程等团队紧密合作，共同推进项目。

1、本科及以上学历在读，统计学、数据科学、经济学等相关专业优先； 2、熟练运用SQL完成数据的提取及分析，熟练使用至少一种数据分析语言如Python等； 3、扎实的统计学基础，熟悉A/B实验评估体系，通过构建无偏的量化指标或实验设计评估业务收益； 4、具备良好的跨团队沟通协作能力，对于挑战充满热情，中、英文沟通者优先； 5、一周出勤4天、实习时长优先。
