1、负责字节跳动智能联络中心研发，致力于建设整合了语音、IM等多媒体接入以及AI话术等功能的新一代平台； 2、负责高质量的系统设计，涉及H5、PC、Web以及部分小程序、客户端上的前端产品； 3、负责高质量编码设计，承担业务重点技术攻坚，保证高可靠、高性能、高可扩展的业务支撑； 4、参与前端基础架构建设，包括技术调研、规划等，追求极致的用户体验和工程效率。

1、本科及以上学历，计算机、软件工程等相关专业，基础知识扎实； 2、精通JavaScript、CSS、HTML、DOM、协议、安全、性能等前端技术； 3、熟悉W3C、ECMAScript、CommonJS、ES6等相关技术标准； 4、了解AngularJS、React、Vue等新式前端框架和相关技术栈，以及MVC、MVVM、Flux、Redux、前端构建等相关工程知识； 5、熟练掌握Web以及Mobile Web开发等相关技术，能够独立完成复杂前端系统或大型框架；至少了解Node、Python、PHP、Java等任意一门后端开发语言，拥有良好的编码风格，关注国内外各大开源社区和技术论坛。
