1、商户服务运营与目标达成围绕公司业务发展目标，负责商户服务与电销运营工作，结合业务阶段及市场情况，制定并推进商户触达、服务提升、续约促活及转化策略，拆解阶段性目标并落地执行，定期复盘服务结果，持续提升商户在支付金融保险等产品使用的满意度、留存率及经营转化效果； 2、商户分层管理与运营机制搭建基于商户生命周期、行业属性、活跃度及经营特征，建立商户分层运营机制，制定差异化服务策略；通过电话、IM、活动触达等方式，提升重点商户覆盖率、服务深度与经营粘性，推动商户持续活跃和稳定经营； 3、电销、服务流程优化与标准化建设梳理并优化商户服务全流程，包括线索承接、商户触达、需求识别、问题解决、活动宣导、续约转化、流失预警及挽回等关键环节；沉淀标准化SOP、服务话术、运营脚本及常见问题处理机制，提升团队整体服务效率与执行一致性；参与团队知识库、培训体系及优秀案例沉淀建设，协助搭建服务运营方法论，持续优化团队在商户沟通、异议处理、转化提升及客户成功运营方面的能力，推动团队专业度和战斗力提升； 4、商户需求洞察与数据驱动运营通过商户沟通、服务记录、经营数据及转化表现，持续洞察商户核心诉求与痛点，识别影响续约、活跃及经营增长的关键因素；结合数据分析输出优化建议，推动策略迭代，提升服务质量和运营效果； 5、跨部门协同与项目推进联动行业、业务、风控、产品、客服等相关团队，推动商户问题闭环及重点项目落地；对商户运营过程中发现的共性问题进行归因分析，协同推进产品优化、服务升级及流程改善，提升整体商户体验。

1、学历背景本科及以上学历，市场营销、工商管理、电子商务、运营管理等相关专业优先； 2、工作经验具备3-5年及以上商户服务、商家运营、电销运营、客户成功、销售运营或相关工作经验；有消费金融保险行业、O2O、SaaS、广告/平台型业务经验者优先；有电话触达、续约转化、商户促活、流失挽回相关经验者优先； 3、核心能力具备较强的目标意识与结果导向，能够围绕业务目标拆解运营动作并推动落地；具备优秀的电话沟通能力、商户服务意识及需求挖掘能力，能够独立完成商户触达、关系维护与问题推动解决；具备一定的数据分析能力，能够基于数据发现问题并提出优化方案； 4、运营能力熟悉商户生命周期管理、分层运营、活动触达、续约转化、留存提升等常见运营策略；能够沉淀标准流程与服务机制，推动服务动作标准化、可复制； 5、协同能力具备良好的跨团队协同能力、执行力与推动力，能够在业务环境下高效推进项目；具备问题解决能力； 6、加分项及国际化跨境相关背景：有电销团队协作经验、商户经营分析经验、CRM系统使用经验，或参与过服务流程优化、用户运营体系搭建项目者优先；英语流利，有国际化和跨境平台相关经验，跨文化跨区域合作经验为佳。
