1、治理策略与规则梳理：深入理解业务和平台的治理要求，确保规则在业务团队清晰、可执行，并平衡用户、商家和平台的多方利益； 2、风险识别与管控：通过数据分析、业务反馈、监控等多种渠道，及时洞察业务中的潜在风险（如虚假宣传、刷单、内容违规等）；持续优化风险识别工具，搭建风险预警机制；及时处理违规案例，建立预防机制； 3、治理机制与流程优化：协同产品、技术、算法团队，推动治理工具和系统的升级，提升治理效率； 4、协同与影响力：与运营、风控、法务、治理等多个团队紧密协作，推动治理策略的落地与执行，形成治理合力；面向内外部进行治理政策的宣导与解读，提升各方的规则意识与合规经营能力。

1、经验背景：本科及以上学历，2年以上平台治理、风险控制、策略运营、安全管理等相关工作经验，有生活服务、电商、内容社区等平台经验者优先； 2、具备逻辑分析与解决问题能力：能够处理复杂信息，定位根本问题，并制定出系统性的解决方案； 3、沟通与协同能力：具备良好的跨部门沟通和项目推动能力，能够清晰、有说服力地阐述自己的观点和方案； 4、责任心：对维护公平正义有强烈的使命感，能适应快节奏工作，妥善处理复杂和紧急情况； 5、思维模式：具备平台思维和商家视角，能在商业利益、用户体验和生态健康之间做出平衡判断； 6、职业操守：具备良好的职业操守与风险防控意识。
