团队介绍：字节芯片研发团队目前工作主要集中在芯片设计环节，主要围绕字节自身业务展开芯片探索，为字节多项业务的专用场景定制硬件优化，设计多款基于先进半导体工艺的云端复杂芯片，以期提升性能、降低成本。早期若干芯片项目已经进入到量产部署阶段，有多次一版成功的投片经历，所用工艺包含多个主流的先进工艺节点。与基础设施各团队之间工作的整体协同，能更容易和更好地发挥芯片研发的价值。

1、采购战略与计划管理：基于公司业务发展规划，制定晶圆FAB相关的采购战略，明确采购目标、成本控制指标及供应链布局方向；主导需求对接与计划统筹，协同研发、生产等部门梳理采购需求； 2、采购全流程管控：负责晶圆FAB采购全流程，包括供应商寻源、询价议价、合同谈判、订单下达、到货跟踪及验收把关；针对晶圆等稀缺或周期长的品类，建立备选供应商体系与安全库存机制，保障物料稳定供应； 3、供应商管理与优化：搭建并维护晶圆FAB供应商库，主导供应商寻源、资质审核、现场考察及准入评估；建立供应商绩效考核体系，定期开展供应商复盘与分级管理，淘汰不合格供应商，推动优质供应商深化合作； 4、成本控制与降本增效：聚焦晶圆FAB采购成本优化，通过批量采购、集中议价、替代物料开发等方式实现降本目标；分析采购成本构成，跟踪行业物料价格波动趋势，制定成本预警机制； 5、采购合规与风险管控：建立并执行采购管理制度与流程，确保采购行为合规透明；管控采购全流程风险，包括供应商履约风险、物料质量风险、供应链中断风险，制定应急预案并落地执行； 6、团队管理与跨部门协作：协同研发部门参与新品物料选型，配合质量部门处理物料质量问题，对接财务部门完成采购付款、发票审核及成本核算。

1、本科及以上学历，电子信息工程、通信工程、供应链管理、采购管理等相关专业优先； 2、5年及以上半导体行业采购经验，其中至少3年晶圆FAB采购管理经验，有硬件研发、系统集成或芯片设计企业采购经理经验者优先； 3、熟悉晶圆FAB的特性、制程、工艺要求等专业知识，能独立判断物料性价比与适用性；具备供应商寻源、评估、谈判及绩效管理的完整经验，掌握成本分析方法与降本技巧； 4、熟悉采购合规流程，能识别并应对供应链风险，有风险预案制定与落地经验； 5、熟练使用ERP系统、采购管理软件及Office办公软件，具备基础数据分析能力。
