1、负责游戏全场景光线氛围设计，包括室内、野外的氛围打光、色温色调统一、空间光影塑造，配合项目整体美术风格把控画面氛围； 2、负责项目昼夜TOD光照、天气光影切换、体积雾、大气效果、后处理调色，保证不同场景、不同时段画面质感统一、舒适、有层次；负责角色展示、场景特写、剧情过场实时灯光渲染，通过光影烘托情绪、强化画面质感，配合动画、特效完成成片效果； 3、负责灯光光照优化、阴影、反射、光源预算管控，平衡画质与性能，解决漏光、闪烁、噪点、光影异常等问题；制定项目灯光制作规范、参数模板、后处理标准，统一全项目光影风格，对接场景、材质、TA团队迭代优化视觉表现； 4、跟进引擎新光照技术，持续优化项目画面质感，提升整体美术表现力。

1、1-3年游戏灯光美术经验，有完整上线手游/PC项目经验，熟悉游戏美术制作流程；熟练使用UE5灯光系统，精通静态/动态光照、Lumen光照、反射捕获、后处理体积、TOD昼夜系统；熟悉Unity HDRP/URP亦可； 2、扎实的美术功底，精通色彩、光影、明暗层次、氛围构图，具备良好的画面审美，能独立把控写实、科幻等主流风格光影效果；具备独立的场景灯光优化能力，懂性能预算，能有效控制光源、阴影、适配各平台设备； 3、理解PBR物理光照逻辑，熟悉材质与灯光联动关系，能配合TA优化画面质感与渲染问题； 4、有大尺寸地图、主机项目灯光经验优先。
