1、围绕用户全生命周期（新客/老客/沉睡/流失），制定货品补贴运营策略：包括但不限于补贴品类、补贴力度、补贴门槛、补贴周期； 2、从商家经营视角切入，联动协同方，整合资源通过各种运营机制提升商家持续供货动力； 3、从用户视角、商家商品视角制定爆品筛选标准，联动C端各流量渠道进行分发，对爆品GMV负责； 4、持续提升补贴效率，结合渠道、用户、供给等维度，持续迭代补贴策略，提升GMV撬动比并联动风控做好风险防控。

1、本科及以上学历，3年以上商家商品运营工作经验，独立负责过频道、场景、营销活动等兼顾To B和To C两端的专项优先，兼顾用户视角； 2、具备较强的数据分析能力，对数据敏感，有商家商品意识； 3、具备较强的资源协调能力，能够推动业务相关方快速行动，促成结果达成。
