1、参与新产品孵化，从运营视角给出有建设性的产品发展建议； 2、完成产品GTM工作，能够有效设计分阶段运营策略，并充分利用多种宣传推广手段和资源，有一定宣传推广巧思； 3、与上游产品研发、下游业务及横向合作方有效协同，调动各方资源实现项目落地； 4、可以准确判断产品需求合理性及适配空间，推动产品迭代优化； 5、通过调研等形式，了解产品受众的使用感受与需求，并有效总结输出。

1、2027届获得本科及以上学历，计算机、软件工程、经济学、管理学等相关专业优先； 2、逻辑思维能力强、数据敏感度高，具备较强的数据分析能力； 3、具有创新精神和好奇心，具备良好的沟通表达和团队协作能力； 4、具备结果导向意识，能够自我驱动，能够保持高效的执行力。
