1、参与广告投放系统的设计与研发，覆盖广告创建、实时出价、投放调控、策略实验和效果跟踪等核心链路； 2、建设高并发、低延迟、高可用的RTA系统，持续优化系统性能、稳定性和扩展性； 3、参与自动化投放能力建设，通过策略和工程优化提升广告创建、启停、调价及预算分配效率； 4、对接主流广告媒体和内部算法、数据系统，解决限流、数据一致性、任务调度及异常恢复等工程问题； 5、深入理解广告投放业务，通过数据和实验发现问题，让技术优化直接产生用户增长价值。

1、2027届获得本科及以上学历，计算机、软件工程及相关专业优先； 2、具备扎实的计算机基础，熟悉数据结构与算法、计算机网络、操作系统和数据库等基础知识； 3、熟练掌握Go、Java、C++、Python等至少一门编程语言，具备良好的编程能力和代码习惯； 4、熟悉常见服务端开发技术，了解RPC、数据库、缓存、消息队列及分布式系统等基本原理，了解高并发、低延迟系统的常见问题，能够从性能、稳定性、扩展性和数据一致性等角度思考技术方案； 5、具备良好的学习能力和问题解决能力，能够独立完成需求分析、开发测试、联调上线及问题排查； 6、对业务有好奇心，愿意深入理解广告投放场景，具备良好的沟通和团队协作能力。

加分项： 1、有高并发、低延迟或分布式系统相关项目实践； 2、有广告、推荐、搜索、实时风控、在线模型服务相关经验或对用户增长、广告投放、推荐、营销业务有一定了解； 3、有性能压测、CPU/内存分析、GC优化或系统稳定性建设实践； 4、有AB实验、实时特征、在线推理或策略引擎相关实践； 5、有开源项目、技术竞赛或从设计、开发到上线的完整项目经历； 6、有Agent、MCP、AI Coding或大模型应用实践。
