1、协助开展拉美地区支付与金融市场研究，收集并分析行业数据，为战略决策提供支持； 2、参与市场分析，跟踪市场动态，识别潜在商业机会； 3、协助完成业务专题分析，与业务团队紧密协作，为业务发展设计最优路径，输出可落地的解决方案。

1、本科及以上学历在读，金融、经济或相关专业优先； 2、有支付、金融科技或互联网战略/商业分析经验者优先； 3、对拉美市场的金融支付有浓厚兴趣； 4、具备基本的战略分析能力（市场规模测算、市场分析框架设计、财务分析及财务模型搭建能力）； 5、具备良好数据分析能力、沟通能力； 6、良好的英语读写水平。
