1、负责本地广告、线索广告的策略产品设计与迭代，聚焦投放效率、转化效果、成本控制三大核心目标，搭建贴合本地商家、线索类广告主需求的策略体系； 2、深入洞察本地生活及线索类广告主的投放痛点，结合行业趋势、行为数据，设计可落地的策略产品方案，推动产品从0到1或从1到N的落地迭代； 3、联动算法、研发、运营、销售团队，推进策略产品上线，建立策略效果监测体系，通过数据复盘持续优化策略参数，提升广告投放ROI、线索有效率及商家留存率； 4、对接内外部需求，平衡广告主、平台、用户三方利益，制定策略产品的灰度测试、推广计划及效果评估标准，确保策略合规且符合业务发展目标； 5、跟踪行业产品动态，挖掘策略创新点，输出策略优化报告，为业务决策提供产品层面的专业支持，推动本地及线索广告业务规模增长。

1、本科及以上学历，2年及以上互联网广告策略产品相关经验，有本地生活广告、线索广告策略产品经验者优先； 2、具备较强的数据分析能力，能通过广告投放数据、用户行为数据、商家反馈定位策略痛点并输出优化方案，熟练使用Excel、SQL等数据分析工具者优先； 3、熟悉广告投放全流程，了解广告算法基础逻辑，能独立完成策略产品方案的设计、落地及效果复盘； 4、具备优秀的跨团队协同能力、沟通表达能力及问题解决能力，目标感强，主动推进项目落地； 5、对本地生活行业、线索广告行业有深入理解，关注行业趋势，具备敏锐的产品洞察力和创新意识。
