1、负责抖音巨量星图达人运营，为抖音巨量星图作者收入、作者商单质量、标杆作者打造、作者变现成长路径负责； 2、对创作者进行合理的分层分类，看清问题及机会点，沉淀有效运营手段帮助创作者收入成长； 3、深入理解创作者变现需求和行业客户投放诉求，抽象共性问题，形成可规模化的运营方案； 4、分析并整合业务数据及策略，通过跨部门协作、整合内外部资源达成业务目标。

1、2027届获得本科及以上学历； 2、有内容平台作者运营/达人营销相关经验优先；具备一定的视频内容理解能力、达人分层刻画和识别能力，对内容、达人沟通感兴趣； 3、有良好的沟通能力、逻辑思维能力、数据分析能力和学习能力；具备工作热情，有较强的自我驱动能力，能主动发现问题、解决问题、达成目标。
