1、对本地生活服务业务区域开展深度分析，追踪关键指标进展，结合业务逻辑，有效识别业务风险，产出周期性业务分析报告，为业务提供决策支持； 2、对于业务面临的中长期课题展开深入研究，结合内外部视角有效拆解并明确问题，形成业务共识，并联合协同部门和业务团队推动解法落地； 3、根据对业务的深入了解和洞察，在关键项目和特定模块中承担项目管理者角色，支持业务完成目标测算、策略达成路径拆解、指标体系搭建等工作； 4、对本地生活相关行业开展深度分析，结合区域特性，识别机会点和风险点，输出业务增长的长期策略建议。

1、本科及以上学历，3年以上商业分析/经营分析/策略分析经验，精通办公软件，熟练使用SQL； 2、具备优秀的数据敏感度、逻辑/结构化思维和商业分析能力，能快速定位业务问题本质，能将数据和代表的业务信息链接起来，通过数据敏锐识别其代表的业务问题； 3、沟通协调能力强，具备较好的资源整合能力及一定的自驱力，能够独立开展研究项目； 4、有互联网线下业务分析经验优先，有生活服务行业相关经验优先。
