1、5年以上产品管理、工程、数据科学或机器学习经验，有信任与安全相关工作背景者优先考虑； 2、中英文沟通流利； 3、拥有从零开始构建解决方案的丰富技术经验，能够独立或跨产品、研发、算法和数据科学领域开展工作； 4、具备人工智能系统和工具的实际操作经验，包括快速工程、人工智能辅助开发或基于代理的工作流程，熟悉GenAI系统、语言模型以及关键的安全或对齐挑战； 5、具备强大的产品和数据直觉，能够构建模糊问题并推动可衡量的、以结果为导向的解决方案； 6、能够领导并交付复杂的跨职能技术项目，并展现出高度的责任感和执行力。
