1、负责抖音电商搜索客户端的研发、优化与架构设计工作； 2、与相关产品及运营团队紧密合作，共同判断对业务更有价值的目标与路径； 3、独立建设和承接可闭环建设的功能与能力； 4、以对齐业务目标为核心思路，规划和开展各类系统稳定性及性能方面的技术驱动优化工作。

1、本科及以上学历，计算机、通信等相关专业； 2、熟练掌握Android、iOS，以及动画、协议、安全、网络、性能优化等前端技术，对主流客户端框架至少一种有深入应用并理解其设计原理； 3、熟练使用至少一种跨端框架（Flutter/React Native/uni-App等），有商业化线上跨端项目落地经历； 4、深入理解前后端协作模式、产品和项目流程，能够适度把握技术进度，不过度设计； 5、具备良好的意识、责任心、逻辑能力、沟通与协作能力。
