1、负责平台经营模式探索，包含但不限于通过商品聚合、流量干预、托管售卖等方式干预经营增量； 2、针对不同目标分层用户和经营场景匹配商品经营方案，根据数据和调研对业务发展趋势做出分析判断、找到经营机会，制定合理的推进策略；并基于抖音经营生态特性，有效整合平台和行业资源，探索更创新性、市场化的商品经营模式； 3、统筹上下游资源，联动算法、业务等团队，推进策略拉齐、产品迭代和业务应用，拿到增量结果。

1、本科及以上学历，5年以上ToB的商品/商家产品经验，对供应链、消费者行为、商业化有认知和思考，有生活服务行业及供应链经营经验者优先； 2、具备优秀的产品分析规划能力，有较强的商家/行业视野、商业敏感度和用户同理心； 3、对工作有热情，富有探索精神，具备较强的沟通协调、资源整合及统筹管理能力，有责任感。
