1、基于海量数据，利用机器学习、数据挖掘、LLM，为智能推荐、线上线下广告推荐等业务提供模型与策略，提升营销效果； 2、理解并分析营销推荐领域的相关技术现状与前沿，为算法升级提供决策支持。

1、2027届获得本科及以上学历，计算机、机器学习和模式识别相关专业； 2、扎实掌握机器学习与数据挖掘技术，熟练使用开源算法库，熟悉Python、Scala等至少一门语言； 3、具有相关项目工程化实践经历者优先； 4、具有Hadoop、Spark等大数据框架项目开发经验者优先； 5、沟通能力强，能够跟非技术人员对模型的优势进行有效沟通； 6、逻辑思维好，有优秀的分析问题解决问题的能力。
