1、规划与节奏把控：负责大促货架场景的整体运营方案制定，涵盖活动节奏、玩法设计、资源分配；拆解大促GMV、流量、转化率、客单价等核心指标，制定货架场景各阶段的运营策略并推动落地；统筹大促全周期货架场景的日常运营与异常响应，确保活动平稳运行； 2、玩法与机制设计：设计搜索、推荐、商品卡、商城首页、频道等货架场景的大促专属玩法（如官方立减、跨店满减、品类券、限时秒杀、价格力标签等）；协同产品、算法团队优化大促期间货架场景的流量分发机制，提升流量效率与转化效果；设计大促商品池筛选规则与分层运营策略，保障优质商品获得充分曝光； 3、数据监控与复盘优化：搭建大促货架场景的数据监控体系，实时跟踪流量、转化、GMV、客单价等核心指标；大促期间进行数据异动分析与快速决策，及时调整运营策略；大促结束后输出完整复盘报告，总结经验教训，沉淀可复用的运营方法论与SOP； 4、跨部门协同与项目管理：协同产品、算法、设计等团队，推动大促货架场景方案落地；管理大促项目进度，协调资源，识别风险并推动解决。

1、本科及以上学历，1年以上电商平台运营经验，有大促操盘经验； 2、熟悉货架电商核心场景（搜索、推荐、商品卡、商城首页、频道）的运营逻辑与流量机制； 3、具备较强的数据分析能力，熟练使用Excel/SQL/BI工具进行数据提取与分析，能基于数据驱动决策； 4、具备优秀的项目管理能力，能独立统筹复杂项目，协调多方资源推动落地； 5、具备较强的跨部门沟通与协同能力，逻辑清晰，表达能力强； 6、具备较强的执行力与问题解决能力。
