日常实习：面向全体在校生，为符合岗位要求的同学提供为期3个月及以上的项目实践机会。

1、负责国际业务，与全球跨职能团队协作共同推进广告效果和收入的提升； 2、深度参与广告流量策略迭代和优化，从混排提效、信号利用优化、流量位拓展、体验策略优化、促期脉冲配合等维度出发，实现流量规模扩展和变现效率提升，以长期可持续增长为目标，平衡好广告收入和用户体验； 3、深入理解广告投放机制和流量分发机制，定期跟踪经营指标（如广告收入、投广渗透、ROI、CTR、CVR等），对数据波动进行初步归因分析，迅速定位内部问题或发现产品迭代机会； 4、与工程技术、算法技术、数据分析师、运营等关键协作团队完成高质量沟通，保证推动策略的落地与持续优化，达成业务目标。

1、本科及以上学历在读； 2、北京/上海皆可，英语听说读写流利，能适应跨团队协作交流； 3、有互联网广告或电商产品实习经历优先； 4、每周出勤4天及以上，连续实习4个月者优先。
