1、负责抖音生活服务本地交易或线索方向的广告客户增长运营，深入理解广告投放机制与协同策略，围绕客户增长和营收目标，制定激励、活动、任务、诊断等策略并落地，完成全流程复盘迭代，提升中小广告主规模与质量，对广告收入负责； 2、根据产品与用户阶段制定针对性运营方案，推动模型、内容、营销等产品能力建设，跨部门协同优化全链路转化，提升广告主投放效果； 3、洞察中小广告主经营模式、营销需求与投放痛点，输出清晰的业务规划和可落地的运营方案； 4、围绕广告收入/投广率的业务目标，充分利用AI外呼与AI私域的智能化触达能力以及线上触达渠道，实现策略覆盖率的有效提升与正向效果的持续扩大。

1、本科及以上学历，2年及以上To B策略运营经验，熟悉本地生活交易广告或线索广告商家运营逻辑与平台链路； 2、了解广告投放逻辑，具备策略运营、产品运营、行业运营等任一方向的相关经验，有完整项目经历者优先； 3、具备逻辑思维与项目管理能力，可独立完成跨部门协调，顺利推动项目落地并达成业务目标； 4、对数据敏感，擅长通过数据分析发现问题、挖掘机会点，能够主动学习，具备全局视野与创新意识，深度理解广告业务并挖掘高价值需求。
