1、国际电商-推荐-Foundation组致力于构建下一代推荐智能体，打造统一的推荐基础模型（Foundation Model），支撑多业务、多场景的全链路推荐体系，从召回、排序到重混排，全面提升系统的智能化与生成能力； 2、探索以事件序列驱动的生成式推荐范式，将大语言模型（LLM）、多模态理解、强化学习与系统优化深度融合，推动推荐系统向通用智能体演进； 3、参与基于LLM的生成式召回模型开发，解决电商场景下的冷启动和长尾商品推荐难题； 4、优化LLM在电商推荐中的推理效率，确保高并发场景下的实时推荐响应。

1、精通LLM微调技术（如LoRA、QLoRA），熟悉至少一种开源LLM（如LLaMA 3、InternLM）； 2、在搜广告推和大模型领域，有参与或者主导过关键项目的优先； 3、掌握PyTorch/TensorFlow、Hugging Face等工具，具备分布式训练与模型压缩经验； 4、对电商用户行为有深入理解，具备较好的问题分析和解决能力，对技术有热情，热衷于推动和解决各种挑战。
