1、参与公司安全To B业务的后台服务及通用组件开发； 2、参与服务端相关的需求分析与技术方案设计，结合业务场景提出合理的技术实现并落地实施； 3、参与服务端系统的性能优化、架构演进及技术难题攻关，提升系统的稳定性、可扩展性和安全性； 4、与产品、前端及测试等团队紧密协作，推进项目进度，确保功能按计划交付。

1、2027届获得本科及以上学历，计算机及相关专业背景； 2、了解MySQL、Redis、消息队列、RPC等技术； 3、理解计算机原理，具有良好的操作系统、网络、数据结构及算法基础，了解前后端开发协作流程； 4、熟练掌握Linux环境下的C/C++/Go/Python/Java等至少一种语言，具有扎实的编程能力和模块化设计能力，追求优秀的代码质量； 5、学习能力强，对产品有强烈的责任心，具备良好的沟通能力和优秀的团队协作能力，能够有效地进行跨部门团队合作； 6、有AI技术深度研究实践或开源项目深度参与者优先。
