1、负责抖音生活服务用户增长团队的策略运营，依托抖音推荐流量体系，与市场营销团队和各大区业务资源结合，运用流量和一线活动等结合的方式，提升支付用户，对交易用户数负责； 2、基于用户、渠道特点等持续挖掘商品、内容供给撬动用户增长的机会，并通过流量和补贴资源引入增量供给和商家资源带动增长； 3、结合供给特点制定差异化补贴运营策略以及钱效优化，完成从预算申请、策略制定与配置、实验数据分析与评估的完整工作； 4、协同资管、财务、业务及产技团队完成项目相关的工作的沟通，发起并推动项目最终落地拿到结果。

1、本科及以上学历，3年及以上用户增长、用户运营相关经验； 2、具备较强的策略构建能力，能够结合业务现状提升资源使用效率，为最终结果负责； 3、具备较强的数据分析和业务分析能力，对数据敏感； 4、具备用户和商家的双视角的业务理解能力，能够推动业务相关方快速行动，促成结果达成，结果导向。
