1、参与抖音、今日头条、番茄小说等亿级用户规模产品的增长工作，聚焦激励补贴、流量优化及长期价值建模，实现用户留存优化与变现增长； 2、运用因果推断、深度学习、运筹优化、Policy Learning等技术提升个性化激励准确性，通过算法建模实现激励流量与推荐流量的高效协同，落地前沿研究成果，为字节矩阵用户提供更优使用体验； 3、深耕用户增长算法前沿领域，结合大模型、强化学习等技术，探索因果推断方法在营销场景的业界最佳实践； 4、实习期间除了能够有机会亲身接触和了解业务算法场景，也能够开展众多前沿的技术探索。

1、2027届本科及以上学历在读，计算机等相关专业优先； 2、具备优秀的编码能力，扎实的数据结构和算法功底； 3、优秀的分析问题和解决问题的能力，对解决具有挑战性问题充满激情； 4、对技术有热情，有良好的沟通表达能力和团队精神； 5、熟悉机器学习、计算机视觉、自然语言处理、数据挖掘中一项或多项。
