1、设计字节跳动公司办公安全、合规技术架构，建设设备、网络、账号等多维度的访问控制体系，落地零信任办公安全基础设施； 2、设计标准权限体系，基于权限最小化原则对办公系统、特权系统进行治理； 3、对现有办公系统、流程、人员进行安全风险评估，制定办公安全规范、定义办公安全与合规策略。

1、2027届获得本科及以上学历； 2、熟悉安全、合规基础原则，对于以下至少一个领域有深入了解：身份认证（IAM）、访问控制（AC）、权限治理（IGA）、特权管理（PAM）、数据加密、网络安全、设备安全、数据安全、跨境合规、零信任设计原则、账号生命周期管理、AI安全；至少掌握一门编程语言，具备一定的开发能力。

加分项： 1、对于安全、合规领域有热情，有意愿在这个领域下深入学习的同学优先； 2、可以熟练使用英文进行日常和专业沟通无障碍的同学优先； 3、有To B产品设计经验的同学优先； 4、熟练使用AI工具，清楚AI Agent运行原理并使用AI Agent落地过具体项目的同学优先。
