1、负责抖音社区的知识库手册的生产和维护工作，基于对体裁标准、行业标准的理解，制定、撰写及细化相关审核手册、知识库审核要素，能够独立完成问题特征聚类、大模型调用及评估优化，开展业务重点运营知识库的拆解解读工作； 2、能够基于现有知识库体系主动发现问题并完成体系迭代完善，同时具备推进相应知识库产品优化的能力； 3、建立标准与知识库手册的问题识别与分析体系，明确标准、手册与知识库三者的关联关系，评估标准及手册的覆盖范围与完备程度，推动完善社区标准与手册的迭代机制，推动标签体系持续性完善； 4、建立高效协作机制，能够协同各体裁与行业治理及体验服务等团队，推动业务优化和建设。

1、2027届获得本科及以上学历，社会学、传播学、国际关系、数据统计学相关专业； 2、了解内容安全、生态等业务特点，具备一定的风险理解能力，对各业务线的运行模式有一定认知； 3、具备良好的结构化思维能力，能洞察业务痛点并把握问题本质，设计成可切实落地的方案，善于应用数据分析发现和挖掘问题； 4、良好的项目推进能力，有较强的学习能力、创新应用能力、协调沟通能力； 5、执行力强，责任心强，主动自驱，能够快速接受信息并主动探索和解决问题。
