1、负责UGC内容供给与消费链路、社区互动、圈层文化方向的国内研究工作，能独立支持业务完成落地性强的专项研究，承担各类用户研究项目的需求分析、方案设计、项目执行、报告产出，并推动业务落地策略获得收益； 2、针对推荐类个性化内容消费，能够理解业务逻辑，擅用产品化研究方法、结合数据分析等方式设计研究，定位推荐分发关键问题诊断与策略验证； 3、负责前瞻战略类分析，通过行业分析、商业分析、定性定量调研等手段，从底层需求、市场竞争格局等综合视角出发洞察与产品的关键竞争场景与产品机会点，为中长期方向提供判断依据。

1、本科及以上学历，统计学、社会学、心理学、经济学、市场营销等相关专业优先； 2、2年及以上用户研究经验，能独立负责复杂业务方向，产出高质量决策支持与落地结果，有社区/内容平台/推荐产品经验加分； 3、研究能力强、逻辑分析能力好、定量能力突出；熟练使用至少一种分析工具（SQL、Python/R、SPSS等），熟练掌握众测、日记、敏捷产品化调研等多种方法获取用户体验，并能从数据和案例中洞察用户需求，乐于创新尝试新方法； 4、具备较强综合视角分析能力，能够从市场环境、用户需求、业务数据等多维度思考拆解问题，能独立将抽象问题有效拆解，解决业务问题； 5、敢于创新能接受挑战，并具备良好沟通能力和推动力，能将复杂洞察转译为业务语言，推动跨团队共识与落地，并能在复盘中持续迭代研究与策略； 6、了解国内外视频、社区产品且有个人见解，有过使用经验，有泛娱乐内容及社区生态研究经验优先。
