日常实习：面向全体在校生，为符合岗位要求的同学提供为期3个月及以上的项目实践机会。 团队介绍：国际商业化产品与技术团队支持字节跳动国际短视频业务的广告产品与变现技术，我们负责end2end的大型广告系统建设，为客户提供商业推广方式与方案，覆盖字节跳动所有国际化用户产品，目前已在美国、加拿大、新加坡、欧洲、中东等国家和区域开展业务。我们的愿景是建立服务全球广告主的综合数字化营销服务平台，打造一体化广告平台，建联广告主、创作者及用户。在这里你将有机会开阔自己的国际化视野，接触到全球领先的商业产品架构、模型和算法，并有机会参与并推动互联网广告行业的创新和变革。

1、从0到1地负责全球商业化交易风控系统中客户风险评分体系的产品功能与架构设计，撰写PRD； 2、协助Mentor处理超投数据分析、销售管理平台系统权限管理等工作； 3、跨部门协作，保证产品从设计到开发上线的顺利推进，跟踪产品迭代的上线效果，不断优化和调整产品方案。

1、本科及以上学历在读； 2、有互联网广告相关知识或实习经验者优先； 3、至少连续实习4个月以上，每周至少到岗4天； 4、良好的自我驱动力和推动力，能够完成跨部门、跨模块间的沟通协调工作； 5、逻辑清晰，有较好的数据分析能力，可以迅速理解业务的独特性并高效解决核心的产品问题； 6、英语可作为工作语言。
