1、参与多模态理解方向的技术研究与应用落地；探索该方向下大模型训练的大规模数据构建、模型架构及训练范式，服务于多模态交互探索和下一代直播实时互动能力建设； 2、聚焦多模态、自然语言处理、计算机视觉等领域前沿技术，挖掘其在解决行业实际问题中的应用机会，积累相关经验并深入调研； 3、探索技术边界，将有特点的技术成果进行学术转化，在顶尖学术会议上发表论文，并保持与行业专家的交流。

1、2027届本科及以上学历在读，计算机软件或相关专业优先； 2、熟悉大模型、自然语言处理、多模态理解相关的算法和技术； 3、熟悉大模型训练、RL算法，有较强的代码动手开发能力优先； 4、良好的沟通协作能力，能够与团队紧密合作，共同推进项目进展； 5、在大模型领域，主导过大影响力的项目或论文者优先。
