团队介绍：抖音内容质量与数据服务平台（简称CQC）归属于抖音集团，负责今日头条、抖音等产品内容和抖音集团商业内容的安全质量与体验。平台下设内容质量中心、商业生态与安全、生态治理与增长支持等业务，在全国20余个城市均有分布。 自成立以来，CQC持续守护抖音集团旗下包括抖音、今日头条、番茄小说、飞书、红果短剧等产品在内的安全、质量与体验，优化产品内创作与交流环境，且在各产品运营增长方面开展支持工作。

1、深入社交业务场景，围绕文本、图片、语音、视频等内容风险识别需求，参与机审策略制定、模型能力建设与效果迭代，提升内容安全识别的准确率、召回率与处置效率； 2、结合社交业务特点，围绕LLM/VLM/多模态模型能力，参与数据构建、评测集建设、效果评测、负样本分析、数据回流、质量监控等关键环节，推动模型能力在业务场景的落地应用； 3、联动算法、研发、产品等团队，基于业务目标拆解问题，设计并推进模型运营方案； 4、负责社交相关模型机审能力的日常运营与迭代，建立评测标准、监控指标与SOP机制，沉淀可复用的方法论，支持不同场景和业务阶段的快速复制； 5、关注AI Engineering、LLMOps/EvalOps、Agent、多模态理解、工具调用等前沿能力，结合社交业务场景判断可用性，并推动新技术在其中的验证与应用。

1、2027届获得本科及以上学历，计算机、数学、人工智能等相关方向优先； 2、对前沿AI技术保持关注；具备AI模型应用实践经验优先；具备AI模型应用或算法工程相关实践经验，熟悉模型训练/微调、推理调用、效果评测、数据构建、线上应用中的一个或多个关键环节，具备相关实习/项目经历者优先； 3、熟练掌握Python，具备基础工程开发能力，熟悉SQL/PySpark或其他数据处理工具，能逐渐独立完成数据分析、样本构建、实验验证与效果归因； 4、具备较强的问题拆解和方案设计能力，能够基于业务需求和问题快速建立分析框架，输出可执行方案； 5、具备良好的沟通协作和项目推进能力，能够在复杂业务场景中与算法、工程、产品、运营等多角色高效协同。
