1、深入了解各类消费信贷业务场景与产品属性，负责消费信贷业务下的日常资产管理运营； 2、搭建信贷资产管理的现金流模型以及组合资产配置模型，建设贴合业务实际的量化策略，实现资产管理产品收益、流动性与风险的平衡； 3、支持对外合作金融机构的成本量化分析与沟通，持续协助新机构/存量机构结构化产品进行量、价、险等各方面的长期合规运营，提供资产安排与发行决策建议； 4、负责各资产管理产品各项关键指标的搭建，监测与预警； 5、挖掘业务特征，推动预测分析能力建设，实现前瞻性的管理预判能力，并持续迭代优化模型效率，精度与资产管理策略效果； 6、梳理资产管理产品业务需求与规划，与系统产品团队共同推动金融资产管理产品系统化能力建设，搭建长期稳定的资产管理能力。

1、3年及以上信贷管理经验，有消费金融及信贷公司资产管理运营经验，有东南亚市场实操经验为佳； 2、熟悉消费信贷的资金成本定价逻辑，以及东南亚市场银行融资以及资产证券化解决方案； 3、具有金融财会类专业的本科或硕士以上学历； 4、具备英语商务沟通能力，口语及书面均有要求； 5、学习能力强，具备一定抗压性并善于逻辑思考。
