1、参与剪映商业化用户反馈处理，为用户提供良好的体验； 2、参与剪映商业化运营平台需求迭代，通过平台能力提升内部业务迭代效率； 3、参与剪映商业化整个链路的稳定性保障工作，完善监控和报警； 4、参与简单的商业化产品需求迭代，为剪映商业化能力迭代贡献力量。

1、本科及以上学历在读，计算机、软件工程等相关专业优先； 2、热爱计算机科学和互联网技术，精通至少一门编程语言，包括但不仅限于：C/C++、Python、Go、Java； 3、掌握扎实的计算机基础知识，深入理解数据结构、算法和操作系统知识； 4、有优秀的逻辑分析能力，能够对业务逻辑进行合理的抽象和拆分； 5、有强烈的求知欲，优秀的学习和沟通能力； 6、有项目经验优先，每周出勤至少4天，实习4个月及以上。
